We are a Czech company that manufactures quality wooden designer toys and furniture for you and your children in Karlštejn.

• because we have two little girls ourselves
• because playing and naturally developing at the same time is not a given

LET BaaVi DELIGHT YOU TOO!

BaaVi was born as a family project from our love of children, movement and natural materials — especially wood and quality fabrics. At BaaVi we combined Ondra's skill and entrepreneurial spirit, the craftsmanship of grandma Renatka who sews all the fabric parts of our products and toys, and the enthusiasm and time of Eliška, who is currently on parental leave.

Thanks to Ondra's experience as a carpenter — a craft he has been devoted to for over 15 years in his carpentry workshop at the foot of the Brdy hills in the Central Bohemian Region — we know practically everything about wood. At the same time, we are active people who love movement and fun. During the difficult COVID period, movement and fun began to fade away, so we wanted above all to create something for our children that would bring joy back into their everyday lives.

We began exploring the Montessori world — full of natural movement, gentle development of children's independence, creativity, and gross and fine motor skills. A world in which children gain the healthy self-confidence they so need in life, while having lots of fun along the way.

And so the family project BaaVi… a world we love was born. A world of movement toys and quality wooden furniture for the young and not so young, where we work with natural materials that respect the environment, and where our products — thanks to their simple, appealing design — become a tasteful part of any interior.

We carefully test every product on ourselves and our children, and we stand firmly behind their quality.

BaaVi is simply a world we have loved from the very beginning!
